Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required, to the following destinations:

 

Estonia (Domestic): Estimated delivery time is 5-12 business days.

United States (International): Estimated delivery time is 5-12 business days.

Rest of World: Free shipping, 10-20 business days.

 

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They may vary due to customs processing, local carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

 

Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships, and you can track it via the carrier's website.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We are not able to predict what these charges may be.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
